We understand that your project deadlines are important to you and will take great care to be honest with you concerning the timespan of the project prior to beginning our work. If for some unanticipated reason it becomes apparent in the course of our development that fullThrottle will not be able to deliver our agreed upon responsibilities by the completion date, you will be given notice ahead of time and we will be happy to work out an agreement that is satisfactory to both of us. This agreement, however, will never require that the fullThrottle developers have to work night or weekend hours. If, under extreme circumstances, you determine that it is absolutely necessary, and in the even that the assigned developer is free to do so, evening and weekend work will be provided at an extra cost. While this value may be of concern to some clients, rest assured that the fullThrottle developers are fully aware of this standard and that our agreed upon deadlines will reflect that.
