Remove “Private: ” From Post Titles

Once activated, private posts will no longer have the word “Private: ” appended to the beginning of their title.

Just activate and go. No options. Let me know if you need some.

Thanks for the plugin! This is great. I was researching how to remove the ‘Private’ from the private posts, and had come across all this php rewrites, which did not work with my template. In fact, I had to reinstall WP because they corrupted the file. This was an easy fix, took a total of 2 minutes, to download, upload and install.

    Thanks again!

    Pete
